This plant-based take on a Minneapolis specialty is comfort food at its finest. 

Ingredients

1 c. Land O Lakes® Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce, Yellow
2 lb. Impossible™ beef, ground
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper, ground
2 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
8 King's Hawaiian® Original Slider Buns
1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 c. beer
1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard

Steps

1. For each slider, stuff 1/4 cup Extra Melt® Cheese Sauce into 4 ounces of Impossible™ beef.
2. Cook onion rings in margarine until soft. Add beer. Reduce.
3. Cook burger on flat top over medium heat until cooked through.
4. Toast bun. Spread with mustard.
5. Top with beef and onions.
