Featuring three different colors of heirloom tomatoes, this salsa adds color to any dish and also works well as a side item.

Ingredients

Heirloom tomato mix (yellow, orange, red) seeded, finely diced
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup roughly chopped red onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice or more to taste (4 to 5 limes)
Cracked black pepper to taste
Kosher salt to taste

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Season to taste with additional lime juice, kosher salt and cilantro. 

Additional Tips

This salsa keeps in the refrigerator for up to one day.
