6 oz. fire braised chicken
½ cup of corn starch
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of potato flakes
Steps:
Cover chicken in corn starch, then dip in buttermilk. Remove as much excess liquid as possible.
Dip and roll heavily in potato flakes.
Fry until golden brown.
