INGREDIENTS:4 ½ cups Oreo pieces, medium crunch size
3/4 cup orange juice
16 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
2 cups Oreo pieces, small crunch size or toasted nuts or coconutDIRECTIONS:1. Combine medium crunch Oreo pieces and juice stirring just until mixed (do not over mix). With a #40 ice cream scoop, scoop mixture into balls; place on parchment-lined sheet pan and refrigerate or freeze until firm.

2. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Dip truffles in chocolate then roll in Oreo small crunch pieces. Place finished truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet pan and refrigerate until needed.
