Cruisin Coffee, a drive-thru concept with 14 locations, offers up a beverage menu of espresso drinks, coffees, smoothies and milkshakes. For customers who want a more decadent beverage to beat the heat, this mocha milkshake fits the bill. Espresso is blended with ice cream and chocolate syrup, then topped with whipped cream and candy pieces.

Ingredients

1½ oz. brewed espresso

2 oz. chocolate syrup (2 pumps)

12 oz. hand-scooped vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream, for garnish

Chopped peanut butter cups, for garnish

Steps

1. In blender container, combine espresso, chocolate syrup and ice cream in that order; blend until thick and creamy.

2. Pour into 16-ounce glass or container; garnish with whipped cream drizzle with more chocolate syrup or chopped peanut butter cup candies.
