INGREDIENTS:6 lbs. canned pear halves
4 lbs. blueberry pie filling
9 oz. instant oatmeal, maple and brown sugar flavored
6 oz. unsalted margarine, coldDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Drain pear halves.

2. Spread blueberry filling into a greased 12 inch x 20 inch (half sheet) baking pan.

3. Arrange pear halves over blueberries, rounded sides up.

4. In a food processor, pulse together oatmeal and margarine for 8 seconds, or until combined and crumbly. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture around the pears and edge of pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until bubbly and the oatmeal is golden. Cool before serving.
