University of Florida Gator Dining Services recently sent out an email to students announcing that a food truck would be a new dining option on campus and soliciting input on what cuisine, location and time slot they would prefer, reports the Independent Florida Alligator. Early survey results indicated that students want the truck to serve Latin cuisine near Turlington Plaza and Plaza of the Americas, according to a Gator Dining Services representative contacted by the paper. She also added that one food truck will make its debut in the fall.
