Tulane University in New Orleans has debuted Roulez, a new food truck that accepts students’ meal plans.

The food truck’s daily menu features local New Orleans fare, including catfish and shrimp po’ boys, gumbo, sausage jambalaya and red beans and rice.

Roulez is the first meal-plan-based food truck to operate on a college campus, according to a release.

“Tulane students can’t get enough of the local cuisine,” Sodexo General Manager Tom Beckmann said in a statement. “New Orleans is one of the world’s best food cities, and Roulez allows us to bring the best of our city’s cuisine to Tulane students throughout campus, wherever they might be.”
