Earlier this year, FM got a firsthand look at the dining operations at Arizona State University (ASU), in Tempe. The dining program, which ranked No. 8 in our College Power Players list, has an enrollment of 83,000. With that many students, dining services must have a vast array of service points and styles to meet the needs and preferences of its student body.
