Sodexo is partnering with Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Co. to create branded concepts on college campuses that help provide healthy alternatives to traditional dining offerings.

Made from fruit, water and a minimal amount of organic cane sugar, and also free of gluten, fat, and dairy, Chloe products are featured at Sodexo's operation at the University of Albany where over the summer a sampling event drew chefs from surrounding college campuses who have since introduced the brand into their dining programs as well. The Chloe product was also recently featured at the inauguration event at the school, where the brand also launched its "Great Dane Plum" flavor in honor of the school's purple mascot.

Sodexo plans to serve seasonal varieties of Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Mix with a full toppings bar along with the 60-calorie Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Pops in the University of Albany's 518 Market venue. A branded Chloe's Smoothie program is slated for later in the year.

“The opportunities are limitless with this partnership because of the growing needs of our clients and Chloes’ ability to meet them,” says Gloria Chabot, Sodexo's Director of Retail Dining for the Northeast Region.
