Edward Gomez has been appointed the new food service director for Aramark at Drew University, in Madison, N.J. Gomez has nearly 20 years experience in foodservice and has been working in higher education foodservice with Aramark for 10 years at several locations, including New York University, Long Island University and most recently Monmouth University, according to the university’s website.
