College Baker Gets Christmas "Miracle"

Thousands of recipes feared lost in an October fire that severely damaged the dining hall and dining services offices at Lyon College in Batesville, AR, were found safe in late December, reports the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The recipes, developed by longtime baker Brenda Hyatt over her 30 years with the school, were discovered in five plastic bins just past the fire damaged area in the office area by safety workers cleaning up.
