The Oaks Outtakes store on the campus of Bowling Green (OH) State University will be retooled into a campus Sweet Shoppe offering items such as flavored popcorn, bulk candies, homemade fudge and scooped ice cream in time for a fall opening, reports the BG News campus paper. That is just one renovation the campus dining services, managed by Chartwells Dining Services, is planning to complete over the summer. It is also relocating and enlarging another Outtakes store, combining the currently separate Black Swamp Pub and Greenery into the new Black Swamp Pub and Bistro with a new full-service kitchen and renovating the Falcon's Nest dining venue to add more station concepts such as Olo Sushi, Chickendippity, Marco's Pizza and Panda Express.
