Boston College hires new dining services director

Beth Emery comes to the university from Aramark. Beth Emery, R.D., is the new director of Dining Services at Boston College (BC). Emery, who joined BC late last semester after working for 25 years at Aramark, will report to Associate VP of Auxiliary Services Pat Bando.

Beth Emery, R.D., is the new director of Dining Services at Boston College (BC). Emery, who joined BC late last semester after working for 25 years at Aramark, will report to Associate VP of Auxiliary Services Pat Bando.

While at Aramark, Emery worked as a district manager, for 22 years in the Education division and the last three in the Higher Education division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from the University of New Hampshire. According to the BC Chronicle, she received her dietetic training in Portland, Ore.
