Jim Ruoff has been appointed general manager for New York’s Binghamton University dining services, which is managed by Sodexo. Ruoff will be responsible for overseeing all components of the university student dining program, a university press release reports.

Ruoff began his foodservice career while a student at Allegheny College. According to the release, he has served in various roles in dining services at several Mid-Atlantic higher education institutions, including Bucknell University, Franklin & Marshall College, the University of Maryland Baltimore County and, most recently, Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, N.Y.
