Parkside Café at Schnuck Pavilion, located on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis (WashU), was selected as the grand prize winner in the Single Concept/Multiple Concepts/Marketplace category in NACUFS’ 2020 Loyal E. Horton Awards program. Operated by Bon Appetit Management Co., Parkside not only embodies the latest dining trends with its ever-changing, multicultural menu that reflects seasonality, dietary inclusion and an efficient ordering process but sits in a space with towering glass windows giving ample natural light and offering spectacular views of the iconic Brookings Hall, site of the historic 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair.

The ever-changing menu is made from scratch using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Its purpose was to not only manifest the trends in the dining industry, but also meet the needs of our guests while displaying a variety of texture, color, temperature, and flavor.

Here’s a closer, pictorial look at this standout campus dining facility…
