A Tour of Dining at Liberty University

Campus dining at Liberty University centers around the massive 17-station Reber-Thomas Dining Hall, which was extensively renovated a year ago. The menu mix ranges from barbecue and freshly made burgers to concepts specializing in vegetarian, allergen-free and high-performance dishes. There’s even all-day breakfast and a waffle bar. Here’s a look at some of what’s on the menu at Reber-Thomas as well as a couple of newly introduced retail concepts elsewhere on campus.
