Taher Opens Fresh Seasons Cafe at UM Rec Center

Cafe includes a juice bar component with blends designed to supplement workouts.

Taher, Inc., has opened a unit of its Fresh Seasons Cafe restaurant concept in the new recreation center on the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota. The cafe includes a juice bar component with blends designed to supplement workouts, while the food menu features a variety of breakfast sandwiches and pizzas in the morning and a selection of wraps, burgers and pizzas for lunch.

Campus dining services at UM-Twin Cities is operated by Aramark but Taher has a contract to provide non-beverage vending service on the UM's Morris, Rochester and Twin Cities campuses. Taher also operates Fresh Seasons Cafe locations at government sites in the Iowa State Capitol, the Indiana Government Center and the IRS Building in Los Angeles.

Taher is an FM 2014 Top 50 contract management company that serves a variety of segments and also owns a couple of commercial restaurants (Forepaugh's, Timber Lodge).
