The cafeterias at the U.S. House of Representatives have decided to stop serving in foam food packaging after Democrats pushed for a ban, reports the Hill. It is the second time the use of polystyrene (aka Styrofoam) has been eliminated from House cafeterias. When she was speaker, current Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) had banned it but Republicans brought it back when they took the majority in 2011.
