Facebook is funneling almost $5 million into a new 23,000-square-foot cafeteria dubbed “Facebook food services,” according to a report by the Austin Business Journal.

The eatery will serve employees of the company’s downtown Austin, Texas, office, which was established in 2010 as a U.S. sales and operations hub and marked Facebook’s first U.S. expansion outside of California.

The dining area will be located on the ninth floor of the building, serving employees on the three floors directly above it. Facebook plans to spend $200,000 to install a four-story stairway that will connect the employee floors to the dining area, according to building permits filed in June.

Facebook did not return FoodService Director’s requests for comment.
