Eurest has teamed up with Direct Coffee, a sustainable coffee company that offers various blends of ethically sourced and eco-friendly coffee.

Foodservice providers are becoming more comprehensive with their sustainability efforts, by bringing  in new sustainable products Into every aspect of their dining program. Eurest, a workplace foodservice provider, for instance, now has a more sustainable coffee program.

The company teamed up with Direct Coffee Roasters, a coffee company that focuses on ethical sourcing and creating eco-friendly batches of the caffeinated beverage. Eurest now offers 11 different blends featuring everything from light to dark roast with a variety of different flavors including caramel macchiato, Island Hazelnut and vanilla crème. For those who prefer cold coffee, the company also menus cold brew, and, there is also a decaffeinated blend.

Direct Coffee is LEED silver certified, which is one of the certifications available through the U.S. Green Building Council’s rating system. The coffee is roasted in a low emission facility that is powered completely by renewable energy. In addition, the coffee brand also holds certifications from Rainforest Alliance and Organic Standards.
