Calif. Medical Association Ditches Vending for Fresh Produce at its HQ

The California Medical Association (CMA) is modeling the behavior it is advocating for other citizens in the state by eliminating vending machines at its Sacramento headquarters, reports the Capitol Weekly. Instead of the traditional snacks provided from the machines, the CMA is brining in fruit and vegetable baskets from a local company called Farm Fresh to You that is meant to encourage "free range snacking" by employees at the site.
