Premade biscuits are a time saver in this hearty breakfast option, which features green pepper, Idaho has browns, scrambled egg and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

12 premade biscuit dough rounds
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
12 oz. Idaho hash browns
12 oz. scrambled egg, seasoned with salt and pepper
3 slices turkey bacon
3 oz. low-fat shredded cheese

Steps

1. Press biscuits flat and mold into greased muffin tin. Brown peppers and onions. Brown hash browns.

2. Lightly cook scrambled eggs, keeping mixture wet. Cook and chop bacon slices. Mix together potatoes, green peppers and onions.

3. Fill biscuits with egg, bacon and hash browns and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until biscuits are golden brown, about 11 to 13 minutes.
