Classic stromboli gets the breakfast treatment with this dish, which features eggs, sausage and mozzarella cheese.
1 portion whole-wheat bread dough, premade, refrigerated
1 tbsp. butter
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup frozen sausage, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1. Roll out dough into flat circular shape. Spread butter on dough and sprinkle with garlic powder.
2. Add chopped pieces of sausage and top with mozzarella cheese.
3. Roll up dough into loaf and place on baking sheet; bake at 350°F until lightly browned.
