INGREDIENTS:2 5# boxes of pancake mix 1 gal. 2% milk 1 gal. liquld eggs 1 gal. ¼ gal. applesauce 1 Tbps. 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 cup liquid butter 3 qts. pancake syrupDIRECTIONS:1. Combine pancake mix, milk, liquid eggs, applesauce, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix until batter is lump free. Do not overmix. 2. Preheat grill to 375°F. Brush grill with liquid butter. Using a 3 oz. ladle or pancake dropper set on the largest setting, portion batter onto grill. Turn pancakes when the tops are bubbly and edges are dry. Pancakes should only be turned once. 3.
