During National Nutrition Month in March, students at Virginia Tech get a passport that gets a stamp when they identify one of the healthy items at each dining concept. Some examples: a food with whole grains, a food with healthy fats, a food with antioxidants. There’s also a hashtag for them to post photos. The idea is to encourage trial of healthier foods.
