On Thursdays, Harvard Dining hosts a Bistro Bowl event, during which a grill-to-order station is temporarily shut down in favor of a new dining experience, serving up menu items such as Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower with Spaghetti. The Food Literacy Project within Dining Services continues to hone its direct-farm relationship, infusing menus with ongoing upgrades, such as no-antibiotics-ever chicken and underutilized species of fish, such as dogfish and monkfish.
