We are also pushing for clean labels in purchasing and are more transparent about menus, listing the ingredients used in making each item. Across the board, we are offering healthy options and comfort food both in traditional ways and in more upscale plating. We have recently added a hamburger weekly to the special rotation and blintzes to the breakfast menu. These items are not healthy, but they are so well received by the residents.”
