“We have added flavors from all over the world. I would say I’m very excited about finding schug. We are using Israeli red schug to fire roast cauliflower for our new Mediterranean bowls. I’m also doing a few Indonesian dishes with lime leaves and fresh turmeric root. I’m incorporating great flavors into healthy benefits for the guest.”
