We are expanding on our Asian fusion and Mediterranean offerings. We are introducing a Korean bulgogi taco at the secondary schools and a Greek beef gyro at our elementary schools. We are trying to offer similar things to what students are exposed to either in their homes or Denver's evolving food scene.

We’re continuing to experiment with Korean cooking and exploring Filipino cuisine. Some new ideas for resident dining include a grilled avocado bowl bar, a fresh spring roll bar and ethnic-inspired grain bowl bars with flavors of Ethiopia, South Africa and Korea.
