To drive the clean point home, student interns at The University of Maryland developed a hyper-thorough online Green Dining Glossary. “Our students are really active on environmental stewardship,” says Allison Tjaden, assistant director of new initiatives. “It’s something they push us pretty hard and work with us collaboratively on.”
