The University of Southern California (USC) Hospitality has opened its first contracted food service operation, the T-Rex Express Cafe, on the ground floor of the Natural History Museum located just down the block from USC’s University Park Campus in Los Angeles. The café offers an inexpensive, family-friendly option for museum-goers and features prepackaged sandwiches and salads prepared fresh daily.

Patrons can choose to sit inside the playfully decorated space, with dinosaur detailing on the brightly colored walls, or outside on the patio. T-Rex Express Café is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.
