This week on Food Management 21 College & University cooks and bakers who made a difference over the past year ranked as the weeks to story. When Food Management sent out a call for nominations of Foodservice Heroes—individuals who have exemplified the dedication and commitment to their customers and organizations—we received over 600 responses.
In other news, Aramark Sports Entertainment has announced the summer menu for its limited-time Seasons Inning Stretch program, the second of three curated menu rollouts designed to bring seasonally inspired foods to ballpark menus. After kicking off for MLB Opening Day with spring menu featuring fragrant ingredients, the summer lineup will highlight classic concessions items with a refreshing twist.
