In this adjunct listing to the full 2023 Top 50, we break out the eight entries that posted at least $100 million in the business & industry dining market based on figures from the companies. B&I has had a slower recovery from the pandemic than the other major onsite dining markets due to slow return-to-office trends over the past year. Nevertheless, each of these companies saw substantial increases in revenues from business dining related sales over the period, indicating employees are beginning to return to offices and the contract companies are developing ways to serve them in what is a somewhat altered corporate dining environment.
