Foodservice vendor Sodexo says it plans to onboard 20,000 employees in the next 60 days as it works to staff up for the upcoming school year.
The company is holding job fairs to fill foodservice positions across a number of colleges and to match workers to roles in other areas of facilities management it oversees, such as landscaping.
“Our employees on the front line are integral to our business as they are the face of our operations and often guests’ first experience with our company,” Gerri Mason Hall, chief human resources officer for Sodexo, said in a statement.
