Monthly chef series brings in NYC celebrity chefs.

Nov. 14—In a partnership with renowned area restaurateurs, Sodexo at Fordham University is bringing authentic and diverse tastes of New York City to students, staff and faculty. The dining services program, known as the 'City Fresh Series,' is based on student surveys which identify favorite flavor profiles and cultural dining preferences.

On November 27-28, Fordham Dining will host Chef George Wong, owner of two Chop Stix Restaurants in Brooklyn, New York City. Chef Wong offers a unique blend of modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine with a choice of popular American Chinese dishes. Chop Stix Restaurant was rated in the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA Award by the Chinese Restaurant News Magazine.
