The Dirksen Senate Office Building cafeteria is testing a kosher food program that offers prepackaged sandwiches and salads provided by an area kosher caterer, reports Roll Call. The caterer, Bubbie's Gourmet, was engaged by Restaurant Associates, which operates Dirksen's cafeteria, on a day-to-day contract following approval from the Senate Rules & Administration Committee, which oversees the dining operation.
