Differing parties, including two rival foodservice contract management companies, have reached a compromise solution at Auburn University that will allow students to use their Tiger Card dining dollars to buy concessions at the school's Jordan-Hare football stadium this fall, reports the Auburn Plainsman. The concessions at the stadium in managed by Sodexo while the school's campus dining services are managed by Chartwells.

The compromise, brokered by University Counsel Jon Waggoner, will require Chartwells to surrender a portion of its profits from Tiger Card use to Sodexo, but in turn Sodexo will have to relinquish a portion of its profits (18 percent, per the contract) to fund Tiger Dining, the school's dining services operation.
