National Park Service Seeks Bids for Yosemite Contract

Service has issued a prospectus seeking bids for a 15-year contract to operate lodging, food and beverage, retail and various other guest services at Yosemite National Park.

The National Park Service has issued a prospectus seeking bids for a 15-year contract to operate lodging, food and beverage, retail and various other guest services at Yosemite National Park, the largest single concessions contract in the national park system with gross receipts of $132 million in the most recent fiscal year.

The contract is currently held by Delaware North Park Services. The new concessions contract is scheduled begin March 1, 2016, but the deadline for submitting bids is November 20, 2014.
