HMSHost Names New CEO

HMSHost Corp. has named Tom Fricke president/CEO, succeeding Elie Maalouf, who left the company in October, reports Nation's Restaurant News. Fricke comes from printer electronics supplier Cartridge World, where he served as CEO, and has also worked at PepsiCo, Home Depot and Giant Eagle.
