Former Aramark Operations VP Joins Brock & Co.

Brock & Co., an FM Top 50 contract management firm based in Malvern, PA, has added Trish Spellman as vice president of operations. Spellman had spent the previous 21 years with Aramark, most recently as vice president of operations for Aramark Healthcare.

Previously, she had spent more than four years with Aramark's International Division in Ireland, where she was managing director of operations for the country. She has also overseen food and facility services as a district manager in the Philadelphia, South Jersey and Baltimore. During her early career with Aramark, Spellman progressed through several operational roles at Chestnut Hill Healthcare, expanding both breadth of services and number of facilities served.

Brock had fiscal 2013 sales of around $32.8 million. It serves a client base consisting primarily of corporate dining and K-12 accounts in the Northeast.
