Compass Group senior living unit Morrison Senior Living has been rebranded as Morrison Community Living. The rebrand also extends to the company’s senior and community meal service line, Bateman Community Living.

“This rebrand speaks to our ongoing commitment to innovate and evolve, all while exceeding client expectations,” said Morrison Community Living Division President Kevin Svagdis in a statement accompanying the announcement. “Morrison Community Living and Bateman Community Living encapsulate our incredible associates and the range of fully-integrated services we provide that make our company so unique.”

Morrison Community Living operates at more than 450 sites in 42 states. It was originally part of Morrison Management Services, a healthcare segment specialist acquired by Compass in 2001 that had expanded from its base hospital market into senior dining through a pair of major acquisitions (Drake Management Services, Culinary Service Network) in the late 1990s.
