Compass Healthcare Units Unveil Combined Brand Refresh

Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare, both units of Compass Group North America, have unveiled new logos and word marks as part of a combined brand refresh.

Morrison Healthcare and Crothall Healthcare, both units of Compass Group North America, have unveiled new logos and word marks as part of a combined brand refresh. The streamlined looks are similar in design to show their close alignment and integrated approach to providing hospital and health system clients with specialized food, nutrition and support services. The new marks also line up the two companies more closely within the global Compass Group brand while symbolizing the globalization of Healthcare.

Morrison operates food and nutrition services in more than 600 hospitals and healthcare systems while Crothall currently provides more than 1,300 hospitals with environmental, laundry/linen, patient transportation, facilities management and healthcare technologies solutions services.

In all, more than 300 major U.S. hospitals and health systems currently utilize the combined services of the two companies, a presence Morrison Healthcare CEO Tim Pierce describes as "representing about 44% of Compass' footprint in North America." Some of its clients include Alta Bates Summit Health System, Community Health Systems, Inova Health System, Mount Sinai Health System-The Mount Sinai Hospital, Novant Health and Sentara Healthcare.

As both companies roll out their respective logos and word marks, associates and clients will see new chef coats and uniforms (where appropriate), marketing materials and signage in Morrison cafés (where appropriate) and company websites at www.morrisonhealthcare.com and www.crothallhealthcare.com.
