June 5—Cleveland Clinic hospitals will see more fresh food and new choices in the cafeteria, on patient trays and in vending machines sometime after July 1, whihch is when Aramark will begin managing the foodservice at the Clinic's 10 Ohio hospitals as well as its hospital in Weston, Fla.

Details on the changes, which will be phased in, are still being worked out, but Aramark will continue the hospital system's practice of offering foods that are lower in fat, salt and sugar and keeping all soft drinks sugar-free, says Clinic Spokeswoman Heather Phillips.
