Centerplate won the 'best new idea' award from the Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD) for its 2008 Loft Menu. Designed by Chef Sean Kavanaugh and Assistant General Manager Judy Moline, the program lets Arizona Cardinals luxury suite holders create customized packages from an a la carte menu. With discounted prices ranging from 14 to 28 percent, catering sales at the stadium's 88 Loft suites increased 32 percent the first game of the 2008 season and spiked to 61 percent for the seventh game. Overall, there was a 44 percent increase in total sales for Loft menu packages during the 2008 season.

Designed to simplify the ordering process while also offering enhanced menu flexibility, the Loft Menu program includes a Centerplate-designed, interactive ordering tool, which allows Loft Holders to develop customized menu packages online. Packages range from $350 to $800 and include snacks, appetizers, salad, pizzas, grill and entree items and desserts. Among the gourmet selections are Tres Botanas, Vegetarian Papas Tacos, Fresh House-Made Burrata Cheese, Roasted Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, Pinot Noir Braised Beef Short Ribs and Chocolate Drizzled Peanut Butter Pretzel Pralines.
