Baseball season might be over, but the foodservice operator at the Seattle Mariners’ T-Mobile Park is still working to help feed fans.

Hospitality provider Centerplate has created four Thanksgiving recipes for diners to make at home this week. Developed by Executive Chef Taylor Park, the recipes are:

  • Charred winter vegetables with hazelnut brown butter and sage

  • Whole-roasted turkey with honey and herbes de Provence

  • Artisanal garlic fries

  • Mac and cheese au gratin

“It’s great to give Mariners fans some different recipes to consider this week when plans for their Thanksgiving feasts are coming together,” Park said in a statement. “We’re bringing some in-season flavor to the offseason and adding an exciting new element to the holiday season.”

The recipes will be included in a digital edition of Mariners Magazine that comes out this week.
