Centerplate has promoted senior vice presidents Greg Fender and Sal Ferrulo to executive vice president, overseeing the company's North American hospitality service teams. Reporting directly to President/CEO Chris Verros, Fender will be responsible for the company's operations in the West and Ferrulo in the East.

"Greg and Sal are both proven operations professionals who have played a key leadership role with me over the last five years at Centerplate," Verros says. "Together, they have achieved extraordinary success in every aspect of our portfolio."

The two executives will oversee Centerplate's service delivery in all of its sports, entertainment, convention and restaurant locations. The existing reporting structure, which incorporates several hundred of Centerplate's North American client venues, will remain unchanged.

This announcement follows on the heels of the company's integration of its practice teams handling facility design and construction, capital project planning, equipment procurement and strategic consulting into a single, comprehensive division, the Hospitality Solutions Group.
