Centerplate has added Doug Clements as general manager of operations. He has more than twenty years of restaurant and sports venue operations management experience, having served as general manager for Balmoral Race Track, director of operations for Park Grill Food Services and as director of food and beverage operations for the 2002 Breeder Cup and other high-profile national sporting events. His responsibilities at Centerplate will include soliciting new business opportunities as well as leading current operations, maximizing guest satisfaction and driving returns.
