Centerplate has added Chef Philippe Chin to its culinary leadership network, working with its operations at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Influenced by his Northern China roots and childhood in Paris, Chin was chef and owner of Chanterelles and executive chef of Philippe on Locust, both in Philadelphia, and executive chef at The Patridge Inn in August, GA.
