Aramark has expanded its deal with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles to include premium dining at the team’s Lincoln Financial Field home stadium. The Philadelphia-based contract management firm has already provided general and club-level concessions at the venue since 2005 and facility management services since 2007. Under terms of the multi-year agreement, Aramark will operate dining services at the stadium’s 172 luxury suites, starting this fall. New Executive Chef Angelyna Greenburg, who most recently served as executive sous chef at The St. Regis Hotel in New York and previously The Ritz-Carlton in New York, will oversee menu development and culinary operations for the club- and premium-level areas on game days and non-game days.
